Hi, I’m Jason Kamal. With over a decade of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate, I take a solutions-focused approach to every client I work with. Whether it’s a custom home, rural property, or commercial investment, I’ve likely been in your shoes—and I know how to guide you through it with clarity and confidence.

I’m a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (CREN), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and currently working toward my MBA. I’ve built a reputation for staying calm under pressure, asking the right questions, and finding a way forward when things get tricky. Most of my clients come from referrals or repeat business—something I take great pride in. To me, trust is everything.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud superdad to my two amazing kids, Alexander and Anna. Whether we’re chasing sunshine, building projects at home, or negotiating extra pool time (they’re getting good), I’m all about helping them grow and enjoy the ride. That same steady, supportive approach is how I show up for my clients too.

I truly believe real estate isn’t just about the deal—it’s about helping people move forward in life, and I’m here to make that process as smooth, informed, and positive as possible.
