Allison started investing in Real Estate becoming a property flipper at 23 while attending university. She is passionate about real estate investing; whether it's a tear down in the right neighbourhood, a foreclosure, a family home that will grow in value, a rental property, land ready to rent to a local farmer, or a full fledge agricultural operation. "I have a wonderful husband, am a mom of 4 rugrats, we relocated from a downtown Edmonton infill property and are currently renovating an 70's estate home just west of Edmonton. I love Taco's paired with a margarita and splash of any beach. I grew up on a Farm in Central Alberta so blue jeans are business attire, I love camping with family and friends, meeting for pho (or pha, I still call it pho) and the smell of gasoline (I know I'm weird)! We are big entertainers and also enjoy nights out on the town, trying something amazing at a local restaurant. Some of my favourites: RGE RD (chef's tasting), XO Bistro (Spicy Beef Satay), Japonais Bistro (Pressed Sushi), Sugarbowl (Smoked Paprika Popcorn with a Cocktail)." What will it be like working with you? I like to have fun on showings and being a renovator, I point out most of the deficiencies I see at each showing (mini inspection). For my sellers, I go above and beyond with online marketing. Video walkthrough, high definition photos, individial property website, signs with QR codes for easy access to listing materials, and online advertising. What do you love most about being a Realtor? For me I love helping people craft their future, to create the lifestyle they want.
